Martin Shkreli (aka Pharma Bro) is an American hedge fund manager, specializing in healthcare businesses, and is a co-founder of MSMB Capital Management. In September 2015, Shkreli was criticized when Turing Pharmaceuticals obtained the manufacturing license for Daraprim, and raised its price by 5,455 percent (from $13.50 to $750 per tablet). After initially defending the price increase, Shkreli said an unspecified lower price would be established, but his poor reputation will remain.

When his Form4 filing came out today after market hours the stock popped as high as 700%. Meaning that he has gained $15 million in 48 hours, as much as his Martin Shkreli’s Turing Pharmaceuticals, Which Raised AIDS Drug Price 5000%, Loses $14 Million.
Since november 1st there are some 332,804 shares short. At the current trading volume it would take them 7 days to cover those shorts so we will see some interesting trading activity tomorrow.
